TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Rescheduling and Lock-outs: We understand if something comes up and we can’t clean
for you at your normally scheduled time, just let us know! Please contact us with at least 2 business day’s notice. If we receive less notice or cannot
enter your home upon arrival then you will be subject to a fee of 50% of your cleaning
charge.
Work Hours: Normal business hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday. If we are
available outside of those hours we will gladly accommodate an early start or late end
time. We do work on a schedule and recommend the same day and time for each cleaning
to create consistency and convenience for all parties.
Sick Policy: If you or your children are sick with a contagious illness (flu, cold,
pneumonia, chicken pox, lice, etc) please reschedule your cleaning.. To be fair to all of
the customers and staff, please wait until you are well again. East Coast Cleaning
Services will return this same courtesy.
Pet Clean-up: Accidents happen and we understand that. Within reason we will do our
best to clean up after an accident, at cleaners discretion. If the situation is an on-going
occurrence you will be notified.
Alarm/Key Code/Keys: It is not necessary for you to be home while we are cleaning and
we will ensure the safety of your home by setting alarms and locking doors. Please
discuss entry options upon confirming services.
Satisfaction: If you are satisfied with your cleaning please tell all your friends and
family! If you are not satisfied, please contact Destiny us immediately to
correct the issue. East Coast Cleaning Services will do our best to resolve the issues so
both parties are happy!
Broken Items: At East Coast Cleaning Services, we value and respect your property and
do our best to practice caution at all times. In the invent that an item is broken on our
watch, we will be sure to inform you immediately. We are insured and happy to discuss
how you’d like to proceed in replacing the item.
Payment: Payment is due within 24 hours of service completion, unless otherwise
discussed with East Coast Cleaning Services beforehand. A late fee of $25 will be charged
in the event of late payment.
